here we go again! i can't almost believe how much fun i'm having with this project. i'm learning so much stuff as i go. my to-do list sits on my physical journal waiting to be fulfilled but i'm too busy as you can clearly tell. i'm having my best friend over later after a while which is exciting! but before that i want to make a little showcase of what i want to blog about. let's see that journal!

my journal is the place where i idea dump and let myself be as messy and chaotic as i want to. i have a big problem with perfectionism, and giving myself a chance to not control writing or drawing flow has helped a lot. it lets me enjoy brainstorming and the physical feeling of holding a pen and flipping papers. collaging is super fun to me and i've been circling some thoughts in my head what i could do with a mixed media approach. i've even been thinking of treating one blank wall of my apartment as an idea board, putting up papers and sticky notes with written prompts and doodles. but for what? anything! art exhibition ideas, photography ideas, how to clean your room better ideas, ideas! creative chaos is what feeds me.
i'm cheating again and writing after midnight. i feel so happy after seeing my friend, we talked until my throat was hoarse and she even got me chocolate and an animal crossing mug she thrifted as new! i have to give her something nice for her bday. i don't see people often but this makes me really appreciate the presence of a dear friend, someone you can truly talk about anything with. i also whipped up my nokia 2720 flip phone and took friend photos together! somehow i can't figure out how to transfer photos from it to my pc through usb, but i found a way around with emailing them from the phone, victory! under is a photo of a tea party arrangement taken with the phone around this time last year. the glass cabinet it's in needs a cleaning but i want to share my little shrines inside it, lots of good misc merch. it's also the home page welcome image as of writing this post.

speaking of the cabinet and shrines, i also have to add a gallery to this site. i'll include ffxiv screenshots i especially like, some of my illustrations, flip phone photos and a page for my blue girl oc. my poor, poor nameless daughter, i can't settle on a name because it has to feel special. that's it for this post, time to work on those pages!
